  • Registration: All users, whether B2C or B2B, must create an account to shop for cosmetics. B2B customers may be required to submit documentation to verify their business status.
  • Access Levels:
    • B2C Clients: Access the standard cosmetics catalogue and pricing.
    • B2B Clients: After verification, different catalogues and pricing tiers are available (Wholesale, Shop, Distributor), with wholesale and distributor customers having access to hidden product categories.

3. Ordering, Payment, and Pricing

  • Ordering:
    • Orders for cosmetics are placed exclusively via our online platform.
    • An order is confirmed only when payment by bank transfer has been successfully processed.
  • Payment:
    • We accept payments via Przelewy24, offering a range of methods including bank transfers, credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard), BLIK, digital wallets, and other local Polish options. Payment details will be provided during checkout.
    • Payment is deemed complete when the funds are credited to our designated account or confirmed by the Przelewy24 platform.
  • Pricing:
    • Prices shown on our cosmetics website exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
    • The Company reserves the right to alter prices; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Areas:
    • Deliveries of cosmetics are made within Poland and approved EU regions.
    • No cosmetics shipments will be made to Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, and Ireland.
  • Order Processing:
    • Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
  • Risk and Title:
    • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, in line with Polish consumer law.

  • Intellectual Property:

10. Shop Regulations

These regulations govern the operation of our online cosmetics store:

11. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cancellation)

Consumers (B2C) have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, in accordance with Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

  • Withdrawal Period: The 14-day period starts on the day after you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
  • Notice of Withdrawal: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement via email to [email protected].
  • Effects of Withdrawal:
    • Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
    • Return of Goods: You must send the goods back to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
    • Return Shipping Costs: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
